Hello
Hello, I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I’m honored you’re taking a moment to learn a little about me. My hope is to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and supported as you work through whatever life is bringing your way.
My Story
I’ve lived in Quebec, Texas, and California, but now happily call Rockwood, Tennessee home. My husband and I have been married for over 30 years, and raising our two sons (whom I homeschooled) was one of the greatest joys of my life. These days, we’re enjoying the fun of being grandparents.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent 12 years working in youth ministry, where I discovered how much I love walking alongside people during hard seasons of life. That experience eventually led me to study Marriage and Family Therapy at Western Seminary in San Jose, California.
Since 2017, I’ve had the privilege of working with teens, individuals, and families in a variety of settings. After moving to Tennessee in 2022, I started my own practice and now serve as both the owner and clinical supervisor. I love supporting people in our rural community and helping other therapists grow in their work as well.
