Therapy
Individual therapy is a one-on-one process focused on helping you understand yourself, manage challenges, and make positive changes. Together, we’ll talk through what’s going on in your life and find practical ways to cope, grow, and move forward.
Many people start therapy hoping to be “fixed,” but real change comes from within. My role is to listen, support, and teach you tools that fit your everyday life. Talking things through often helps bring clarity and a new sense of direction.
It’s important that you feel comfortable with your therapist. You should trust the person you’re working with and feel heard and respected. A good therapist won’t tell you what to do but will help you see your options and make choices that work best for you.
