Therapy
Group therapy brings people together to support each other through shared experiences. With a small group and a therapist, you can explore challenges like anxiety, grief, or low self-esteem—and realize you’re not alone.
It’s normal to feel unsure at first, but most people quickly find comfort in being heard and understood by others who’ve been through similar things. Group therapy can ease isolation and build connection.
As the therapist, I create a respectful environment, guide discussion, and make sure everyone feels heard. You’ll never be pressured to share more than you’re ready for.
Groups Now Available!
Here you will find the different groups available at The Living Room Family Counseling LLC. You will need to go through a brief screening with the therapist, before joining the group of your choice. Please feel free to contact The Living Room Family Counseling if you have interest in these coming groups.
